The Architectural Barriers Department of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requires that all construction projects have a plan review and inspection to ensure compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards.
Architects, Engineers, Plan Producers, or Owners should use the following steps to start the plan review and inspection process:
To submit a project:
Complete the Project Registration Form, the Proof of Submission Form (for Design Professionals) and the Owner's Agent Designation Form (for owners).
Send the completed forms along with a full set of drawings and the applicable fees (see below).

Z Design + Consulting will register the project with TDLR and perform a plan review. A report will be issued to the owner or owner's agent.
Complete the Request for Inspection Form and contact Z Design within 30 days of completion to schedule a post construction inspection. Once the inspection fee (see below) is paid, an inspection will be performed and a report will be issue d to the owner or owner's agent.
